April 13-14, 2016

We hope you can join us for both the Evening Program and the Full Day Conference the following day. Registrations received after April 8th will be directed to The Pub for their lunch.

PHEP FUNDING HAS BEEN APPROVED for both the Evening Program, The Full Day Conference and the overnight stay

Contact hours through MAPHN will be awarded for attending either or both programs following completion of your evaluations (paper for Evening Program, online Survey Monkey for Day Conference)

For those attending the conference and requiring hotel accommodations, Ocean Edge Resort is offering a limited number of guest rooms (single/double) at a discounted rates. Additional discounted room rates from that week and through the weekend are also available to MAPHN Members! YOU MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO SECURE THE DISCOUNTED RESERVATION (On-line discount reservation not available). Call 508-896-9000 for the MAPHN Conference Discount Rate
